Junior Business Development Manager



Main activities:



 




  • Expansion of OVS  stores in franchising, scouting and selecting the best local partners according to the company standard requirements

  • Negotiation of franchising agreements with potential partners 

  • Analysis of partnership business models -to obtain the best partnership economic terms (margin and KPI analysis)

  • Expansion of OVS owned stores, direct negotiation with Landlords, analysis of new stores KPI and location visit and approval;

  • Profit Loss Statements for each new opening and definition of Openings Plan based on real estate market knowledge and brand potential analysis;

  • Preparing NOP files for each new opening store including new countries economic overview, real estate market analysis, location analysis, market local costs, competitors scouting and price positioning, potential partner swot analysis and company description;

  • Development through on-line fashion platforms, scouting of new potential partners and commercial activities (main terms, budget and P&L)

  • Managing contacts and relations with international players/partners/Landlords



Required skills:




  • 3 years experience as franchising development manager in retail sector

  • Predisposition for team work

  • Organizational skills

  • Results orientation

  • Effective communication skills

  • Good knowledge of English



The resource will report to the International OVS Development Manager.
